Let's start with the top.
Near the top of her head, Rose wears purple and gold "clips", or a headband. They resemble dragon horns, which further indicates that Rose is the Dark Dragoon.

Her hair is straight, long, and jet black- while her skin is snow white. Her facial features are petite and well formed, and her face is small over all. Side note: However, at 5'6, she's taller than your average woman.
You might think that her hair gets in the way of her being able to fight, but if you watch her on screen, she always goes forward quickly, making precise strikes, rather than large powerful ones. Her hair never seems to bother her. But considering it's Rose, she could've just scared her hair into submission.

So, Rose wears a choker that gives her immortality. We just can't see the damn thing. I've looked in every promo shot, and she never shows her choker.
Personally, I have a conspiracy theory that the choker is actually her tiara and it was mistranslated. This is a terrible theory.

Rose's feet are covered by two boots of different lengths. Her left leg is mostly bare, and has a short boot on it, and the right leg has a boot that goes up past her thighs.
I really doubt this has a practical purpose- it's just Rose's sense of style that only she can pull off.
