Rose (Black Monster) in the crumbling Neet. The Second Sister of Mile Seasu is currently a child with her mother, hiding. Rose questions her, as she also explains her purpose.
Rose destroyed Neet because the power of the God transforms all who see the moonchild pass by into servents who will aid in the destruction.
Thus, Rose must kill everyone that sees the moon child.
Explanation: The Blind Idiot Translation said that everyone turned into "evangelicals" which was a pretty terrible choice of words. They are simply brainwashed and turned into minions by the evil God - not turned into religious fanatics.
The world was used because we're dealing with a "God" here, but it's not God in a religious sense- it's a "God" because it's a powerful being.
