Dart

Rose first met Dart after saving him from the Jade dragon Feyrbrand. She felt a connection with Dart, and thus decided to follow him on his journey.
Somehow Dart isn't nearly as suspicious of Rose as a normal person would be, but that's the way it goes.

There has been some fan speculation on  Rose and Dart having romantic intentions towards one another.  While I do agree that it would've made sense, I  think that she reminded of a lost love and will leave it at that.
She was about to marry Dart's father, Zieg, as he was her lover back in the dragon campaign. Although it obviously failed, and Zieg, loosing his memory, went on to live another life, Rose was unable to forget the past and had 11,000 years of loneliness. Go grab a tissue after you think of this. This realization also disturbs a few that support the Dart x Rose pairing.

Though the character development between Dart and Rose did appear to have more backing than between Shana and Dart, this fan wishes for Rose's happiness- which she could only really attain through Zeig, which is who Dart reminds her of. (For obvious reasons.)

Dart was deeply important to Rose, however, because through traveling with Dart and his friends, Rose became "human" and learned how to laugh again. Not only this, but Dart has extended the hand of friendship to Rose, and for the first time in 11,000 years, Rose doesn't have to be alone.

Shana

Shana is Dart's childhood friend, and Rose knows of her through Dart, as she travels with their party. Rose may not act like she likes Shana much, but we assume she reminds her of Shirley, the previous White-Silver Dragoon.

Shana is the Moon Child, and thus Rose should have killed her, because it's Rose's duty as the "Black Monster".
However, Shana had a twin sister(Princess Louvia)  that Rose killed at birth, thinking it was the Moon Child. Because of this mistake, Shana lives on (and almost destroys the world, but that's  beside the point.)

Rose does like to tease Shana about her feelings for Dart, because Shana is suspicious of Rose trying to steal Dart away, even if Rose has no intentions of it.

Rose is even the person that gives the final push for the two to recognize their "feelings" for one another.  Cough cough.

Shana: "Um, Rose?"
Rose: "Do you need me?"
Shana: "I don't need you in particular, but I was wondering how you're doing."
Rose: "I was thinking about Dart."
Shana: "!! (Shock and worry)"
Rose: "Just kidding."

Lavitz

Lavitz was only with Rose a short time before he died. Assumedly, he reminded her of the previous Jade Dragoon.
Rose does express remose at being unable to prevent his downfall, because she was the only one with knowledge about the Dragon Buster.

Meru

Rose doesn't really respect Meru that much. And it's not really hard to see why- Rose doesn't know how to deal with a happy-go-lucky girl with a big attitude.  However, this does not mean that Rose doesn't like Meru. Rose likes to tease other people in her own way, and she often does this to Meru. Meru in turn, is a bit intimidated by Rose, but respects her, even if she thinks she's no fun.

"Rose: I think for the first time, I agree with Meru."
"Meru: ...This is the first time?"

Miranda

Ho ho. Miranda. Miranda does not like Rose, at first.  Mostly because Rose, obviously concerned about her capabilities as a White-Silver Dragoon, doubted the new-comer, which was understandable.
However, Miranda is incredibly hostile to most everything - and since Rose is the only one who doesn't try to pacify Miranda, Miranda is not fond of Rose. She not only calls Rose a clumsy woman, she slaps Rose for being upset for a valid reason. (You know, being the most feared person in history for the past 11,000 years.)
Miranda also hates roses (yes, the flower.) For her own personal reasons - it still just gives further fuel to disliking Rose.
Rose in turn doesn't seem to despise Miranda, but show contempt for her.
However, most of their bickering is due to stress, and the situation. Rose and Miranda can be civil, obviously. They even share a drink together in Ulara.

Kongol

Kongol and Rose don't exchange many words together. However, Rose does seem to understand the pain he went through, being the last Gigantos. She asks him a question on the Queen Furry, assuming that Gigantos like dark places. Kongol confirms this. It shows that Rose can basically sense what he's feeling- though there's no deep connection between the two.

Her only remark when he found his Dragoon Spirit was, "It can't be a coincidence."
Picture

Haschel

Much to the chagrin of Rose, Haschel is the one that is constantly teasing Dart about "needing to pick one."
Though he's joking, he seems to be sure that Rose harbors some feelings towards Dart.

Other than this, Rose and Haschel don't interact much aside from the talk they have together on the Queen Furry, which ends with a sharp remark from Rose and little accomplished.

Rose did not appear to doubt his abilities as a Dragoon as she did with some other party members.

Though Haschel and Kanzaz appear similar, their personalities are quite different.
Picture

Albert

Albert and Rose don't really talk that much. However, the always supportive Albert is quick to forgive Rose for being the Black Monster, and focuses more on the good. Because of this, she appreciates him, but they're not very close.
