Okay, seriously. If you don't want to know my opinion and want to stick to the facts, go back now.
Shana's Infatuation
This is my opinion. I am not bashing Shana, I'm just saying what I saw.
My problem is not with Shana herself. I don't care for her, but I don't hate her. But I've always been miffed about what happened between Shana and Dart.
Shana never seemed like she loved Dart to me. Oh, she cared for him, sure. And she had a huge crush on him. But I don't really think that she loved Dart. She was paranoid of other people getting close to Dart, and forced herself onto him even when he made it clear that he wasn't interested in her as anything more than a little sister. This seems obsessive and unhealthy to me, to be honest.
I happen to think that if she really loved Dart, she would've wanted to make him happy. Instead of being whiny about her feelings, she probably should've made them known and left it at that. You can't force someone to love you.
I'll be honest, my favorite part of the game is when Dart accepts Shana's "love". Because from there, their relationship becomes something more than a vaguely creepy obsession.
That's my two cents. They have nothing to do with anything- I don't want any flame mail for this. I just though I'd let it be known.
